The Grand Annual Jolly Good Chaps Napier to Wellington 50cc Scooter Charity Challenge is a somewhat torturous charity event where participants ride a 50cc scooter from Mitre 10 Mega Napier carpark in Napier to the Wellington CBD.
It’s all about raising as much money as we can for local Hawkes Bay charities and yes, 100% of the funds we raise go to our chosen charities.

Tuesday 27th Jan I'm late getting in and ready for the ride but I've been working hard on the new bike. I have a tnt moto roma 50cc moped that I have custom made. To go through a few things I started with ripping all the panels off grinding off a lot of steel parts and making them smooth. I have added a bar with in the centre to hold the new motor like petrol tank and Harley Davidson spring flame bobber seat. Suzuki intruder triple clamp and handle bars with new handle bar switches and grips plus a new halo headlight and indicators. Painted frame and new oil reservoir. I am putting on motorbike foot pegs and the exhaust has been wrapped. This scooter has a new top end installed will not even 1hrs running time on it. This year I'm riding there and back for the 2nd time on this scooter/motorcycle lol.Thank you to my Sponsors
