2026 Napier to Wellington 50cc Scooter Charity Challenge Supporting Jolly Good Chaps

Wednesday 21st Jan I am riding from Napier to Wellington supporting Jolly Good Chaps in raising funds for Men's Mental Health and Youth Support in Hawkes Bay, with my MTG Hawkes Bay Museum work colleague Phil Lascelles.                                                                                                          Jolly Good Chaps Charitible Trust is a Hawkes Bay outfit that raises money for local Hawke's Bay community kaupapa. This kaupapa is raising funds purposed for Mens Mental Health and Youth at Risk. All monies given goes for the cause.                                                       The 50cc Scooter Challenge is a tumultuous act of absolute stupidity with pain and torture, shared with a cluster of approximately 300 other equally stupid idiots in the name of Charity with a capital 'S'.  A trip of all day long leaving Mitre10 Napier at 0630 March 7 travelling 1st to Waipukurau, then 2nd to Dannevirke, 3rd leg to Mangatainoka, 4th to Masterton, 5th leg to Greytown, then lastly over the Rimutaka hill and down the Hutt Valley in the Wellington waterfront some 8, 9, 10 hours later.                                                                                            Please sponsor my fundraising effort for Mens Mental Health and Youth Support in Hawke's Bay, and also my absolute stupidity with torturous fun xxx                                               Share
